Bundrick Honey Farms, LLC — Refund & Return Policy Effective date: 01/01/2026
- Scope This policy applies to all purchases of products sold directly by Bundrick Honey Farms, LLC (online, instore, farm stand, or at events). By purchasing from us you agree to the terms below.
- Perishable product notice Our honey and related products are perishable/natural food items. Because of their nature, we handle returns and refunds differently than non-food goods. Please inspect products immediately upon receipt.
- Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
- If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Required information: order number, item name(s), photos showing the damage or packaging, and a brief description.
- If eligibility is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs if the error/damage is our fault).
- Unopened / unused returns
- We accept returns of unopened, unused, and resalable items within 14 days of delivery for online and farm-stand purchases, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Opened / used items
- Opened jars or consumed items are generally not eligible for return for food-safety reasons. If there is a quality issue with an opened product, contact us and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of our approval and receipt of returned goods (if applicable).
- Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are not refundable for buyer-initiated returns.
- If an item was shipped free due to a promotional offer, refunds may be prorated to reflect that.
- Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we may have already processed or shipped your order; follow the return process above if cancellation is requested after that window.
- Exchanges
- We will gladly exchange defective or incorrect items. For exchanges due to buyer preference (size, flavor, etc.), please follow the unopened returns process; buyer pays any additional shipping.

- Exceptions & special products
- Wholesale, custom, or bulk orders may have separate terms noted on invoices or contracts.

- Fraud & abuse We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this policy.
- Changes to this policy Bundrick Honey Farms, LLC may update this policy; the effective date at the top reflects the current version.
